The next step would be to go to a Ups store or Fed Ex to ship it us. You can choose any shipping you choose. The quicker we get your laptop to our shop the quicker you get it back. Also, we recommend that you let Ups\FedX pack the laptop for you. You don't have to do anything but show up with your laptop and power supply and they will take care of the rest. If your package somehow gets damaged they will cover the cost of your laptop. Once your laptop arrives we will confirm the problem with the laptop then send you a invoice and payment instructions, then we get to work! The repairs usually take 1 to 2 days!
